how are you losing weight?! what do you eat for like breakfast, lunch, and dinner?? just curious (i wanna lost 10 lbs)

first off, i eat 6 small meals a day. if you have a slow metabolism, like myself, eating smaller meals more times a day will really help! 

i usually eat oatmeal with coffee in the morning, water throughout the day, fruit as my “second meal”, a whole wheat sandwich  or salad for lunch, oatmeal again but with milk, fruit and yougurt and then for dinner whatever I can find that’s still healthy.
