trail mix- 200 calories
sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub- 415 calories
grape soda- 120 calories
total- 735 calories. woop.
i haven’t been to the gym in three days, and i’ve started drinking juice, and the holidays are coming which means holiday food, and oh my.
